Peppermint Moscow Mule

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: (SERVES 1)

1.5 oz Vodka

4 oz Ginger Beer

1 Lime Wheel

Ice

Optional rim: Crushed Candy Canes

Garnish: Candy Canes, Lime

If you would like to rim the cocktail glass, wet the edge of a copper mug.

Dip in crushed candy canes until the edge is coated all around.

In the bottom of the copper mug, muddle together lime wheel and peppermint infused simple syrup.

Add vodka and fill with ice. Stir to combine.

Fill the rest of the cup with ginger beer.

Give it a stir, garnish with a lime wheel and candy cane.

Serve cold. Cheers!
