We are bringing the Paloma home to New Orleans, this variation of the classic Paloma includes a splash of Peychaud's Aperitivo. This cocktail recipe is similar to the Italian Paloma cocktail recipe except with true southern charm!
2oz Stirrings Paloma Mixer
1oz Peychaud’s Aperitivo
Garnish: grapefruit wedge and/or lime wedge
Add Paloma Mixer, tequila, and Peychaud’s Aperitivo to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with a dash of club soda.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or lime wedge.
