We've partnered with our friends at Firefly and crafted up something simple, yet packed with lots of flavor. Inspired by Mother's Day, this simple cocktail has a bit of sparkle from the club soda and a bit of lightning from Firefly's White Lightning Moonshine. This is the perfect cocktail to sip on a spring afternoon, even mom would approve!
Ingredients

1.5 oz Firefly White Lightning Moonshine

3 oz Stirrings Simple Paloma Mix

Club Soda
-
Salt for rim

Garnish: grapefruit slice
Directions
Prepare the glass by rimming it with the grapefruit slice and dipping it in salt, and add ice.
Mix Moonshine and Paloma Mix in the glass with ice.
Top off with club soda, stir gently.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice, and enjoy!
