Traditional Paloma cocktail recipes call for Tequila, but with the popularity of Mezcal on the rise we partnered with Los Vecinos Mezcal to craft up a smokey version of the Paloma. It compliments the flavors of real grapefruit and lime juice.
Ingredients
2oz Stirrings Paloma Mixer
1oz Los Vecinos Mezcal
Club soda
Garnish: grapefruit wedge, lime wedge
Directions
Add Paloma Mixer and Los Vecinos Mezcal to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with a dash of club soda.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and lime wedge.
