This is one of the most popular champagne cocktails that exists. Traditionally made with simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice - we've combined the two, and used our Blood Orange Bitters to give this classic cocktail a modern depth of flavor.
1.5 tsp Stirrings Blood Orange Bitters
4oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Garnish: Orange Peel
Combine Gin and Blood Orange Bitters in a champagne flute.
Pour chilled Champagne or sparkling wine on top.
Garnish with an orange peel. Cheers!
To make this extra chilled, combine gin and bitters in a shaker with ice, shake well and then strain into your Champagne flute.
