Bourbon and horse racing go hand in hand, you may be familiar with the Mint Julep which represents the Kentucky Derby, but have you ever heard of the Belmont Jewel. This drink is the official cocktail of the Belmont Stakes - each triple crown race has it's own drink! This one is fruity and refreshing. The combination of the bourbon, lemonade and pomegranate juice makes this cocktail a great choice for summer parties and occasions.

Gather your ingredients.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the ingredients
Shake well. Strain over fresh ice into a double old-fashioned glass.
