We've taken our favorite cocktail, the margarita, and added one of our favorite vegetables to it, the beet. This combination creates a refreshing and earthy margarita you'll want to make at your next fiesta. Instead of using beet juice, we are using out DIY Beet Infused Simple Syrup, another great recipe to have on hand!
Ingredients

2oz Tequila

2.5oz Stirrings Simple Margarita Mix

Garnish: salt, lime wedges
Directions
Rim a cocktail glass with salt and set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add beet-infused simple syrup, Stirrings Margarita Mix, and your choice of tequila. Shake well.
Fill rimmed cocktail glass with ice. Strain cocktail into the glass and garnish with lime wedge. Enjoy!
