This is a wonderful Italian inspired cocktail recipe. Perfect for date night, this blood orange cocktail has bright citrus flavors and a fun frothy texture!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: (SERVES 2)
2 oz  Amaretto
1.5 oz Stirrings Blood Orange Martini Mixer
1.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White, optional
2 dashes Stirrings Blood Orange Bitters
Stirrings Lemon Drop Rimmer
Lemon Peel, garnish
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Rim the edge of two cocktail glasses with lemon juice and dip the glass in the Lemon Drop Rimmer.Â
Set aside.
Combine all of the cocktail ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into rimmed cocktail glasses.
Garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
