For the Rimmed Glass

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
3 tsp Sugar

For the Cocktail

1.5oz Tequila, gold
6oz Stirrings Organic Margarita Mix
2oz Sparkling Apple Cider
Garnish: lime wedge or apple slice

Directions

Rimming Sugar

In a small bowl, stir together cinnamon and sugar for the rim. Use a lime wedge to wet the rim of a margarita glass.

Cocktail

Fill glass with ice and set aside.
In a shaker filled with ice, add tequila and margarita mix. Shake well and strain into the glass.
Top with sparkling apple cider and garnish with a lime wedge.
