We've created a simple version of a French 75, a chic cocktail that dates back to 1915. We used our Stirrings Simple Blood Orange Martini in place of the simple syrup to give a nice bright citrus flavor to this gin based cocktail, then we topped it with a splash of bubbly. You can make this into a mocktail by omitting the Gin and replacing the Champagne with Sparkling Water or Sparkling Apple Cider for an added depth of flavor!
