The Mojito grew out of Cuba’s cultural explosion in the 1950’s.  Some 60 years later, the American cocktail revolution is in full swing and exotic fruits and spirits abound. Our new favorite is the passion fruit. Tropical like a mango, but lighter and brighter, it adds a sultry twist to the classic mint, Key lime and cane sugar cocktail.
